Lucus Lystra
Owner
Lucus founded Willamette Tech Fleet in 2016, driven by his love for cars and a commitment to delivering a higher standard of service than he had seen in the dealership world. With an engineering degree from OIT, he has channeled his expertise into a passion for automotive technology, ensuring that both he and his team stay ahead of the curve with the latest diagnostic tools and repair techniques.
When he's not at work, Lucus enjoys camping, off-roading, and relaxing with his wife, Leah. And whenever the sun is shining, you’ll likely find him out on his Honda Africa Twin motorcycle.
Carson
Automotive Technician
Carson brings over a decade of dealership experience to our team, with a deep passion for automotive repair and a knack for tackling complex challenges. Specializing in Mercedes-Benz Sprinter and Medium Duty diesel engines, his extensive training and hands-on expertise have quickly made him a standout in the field.
Outside the shop, Carson stays busy honing his skills in custom fabrication, building custom motorcycles, and personalizing his 2019 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 2500.
Konnor
Parts Specialist
As a Parts Specialist, Konner is a vital part of our team, dedicated to sourcing the highest quality parts at the best prices—passing those savings directly to you. With a keen eye for detail, he ensures a steady flow of parts, helping us get your vehicle back on the road as quickly as possible.
Outside of work, Konner is an avid outdoorsman who loves hiking, fishing, and chasing waterfalls. You’ll also find him around town enjoying live music.
Leah Lystra
Operations/Commercial accounts/Marketing
Leah joined her husband, Lucus, at the family business full-time in 2023, bringing 20 years of experience in service, sales, and business development. Her passion lies in creating exceptional customer experiences and building lasting relationships.
When she’s not at work, you’ll find Leah in her garden, cultivating a vibrant mix of food and flowers.
